At Woodcraft, we take pride in our handcrafted quality, but if your home decor isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns on all standard items. Please ensure all returned pieces are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Woodcraft account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely repackage your wooden furniture or decor in its original box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
