The Story

This WoodRiver® Router Template set is designed for making modular puzzle pieces that can be used as a charcuterie board or simply just for decoration. This is a great use of cutoffs from other projects—just clamp the template to a 7-1/4"-wide workpiece and you have a safe and repeatable method for cutting an interlocking puzzle piece design. The modular set allows you to scale the project to any desired size based on 7” increments. Create four different puzzle piece profiles by using the template with a plunge router, 3/8" router bushing, and 1/4" straight bit (all three sold separately).

  • Cuts four different puzzle piece profiles using a handheld plunge router
  • Crafted for smooth routing and provides consistent, accurate outlines

Specifications:

  • Templates machined from 5/16"-thick clear acrylic
  • Create a modular design based on 7” increments
