Cutters are made of hardened steel for long tool life, and they have tapered sides and a chamfered end for easy starting. Tight fitting plugs. Set of 3 includes 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" plugs. 1/4" through 1/2" plug cutters fit in quick change chuck (#830806).
