Engineered for accuracy, durability, and operator safety, this wide belt sander features photo-electric belt tracking for consistent alignment and pneumatic belt tensioning for reliable performance. A 2-1/2" removable platen and dual height adjustment indicators allow for precision control, while the conveyor table rides on four heavy-duty 3/4" acme-threaded jackscrews for maximum stability. The feeding system includes two rubber-covered pinch rollers, a 4-1/4" OD rubber-covered contact roller with a 1-3/8" drive bearing, and two machined idler rollers with 3/4" bearings to ensure smooth, even material handling. Five strategically placed emergency stops enhance safety, while the 6" internal dust chute helps maintain a clean work environment.
